Nadia Elkharadly (She/Her)
An Egyptian Canadian who identifies as female, Nadia Elkharadly is a savvy and dynamic communications professional. She has worked in oil and gas, telecommunications, engineering, banking and digital media, where she was often the only woman, and only person of color, in most spaces. Now, Nadiaโs mission is to help ensure that businesses and other entities communicate with marginalized and vulnerable communities with diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind. Nadia leverages her identity, her growing knowledge and education on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as her lived and work experiences to help raise awareness and understanding on this vital subject.
